Perry Wood Local Nature Reserve is an ancient woodland reserve that gives Worcester walks a much wilder, more tucked-away feel. With woodland paths and a long history behind it, it suits slower, sniff-heavy outings where the dog can swap pavements for leaf litter, birdsong, and important hedge-based investigations.

It feels more natural and less manicured than a standard town park, which makes it especially good for everyday decompression walks. The paths wind through the trees, offering shade, texture, and the kind of quiet that lets dogs focus on the serious business of woodland scent mapping.

A lovely one for dogs who like their outings to feel faintly woodland-quest adjacent, with enough leaf litter and mystery to keep noses busy and humans happily unplugged from the everyday.
