PK Porthcurno Museum of Global Communications is a proper day-out attraction in Porthcurno, near St Ives, where dogs are genuinely welcome throughout the year. Well-behaved dogs can explore the museum's indoor exhibits and join you inside Café PK, so no-one has to sit outside in the car park while the rest of the group follows the story of undersea cables and global messaging. The World War Two bunker is the only area off-limits.

The museum makes a practical choice when the weather turns or you want more than a beach day with your dog. On-site parking is provided, with accessible spaces available and the welcome extends year-round without seasonal restrictions.

Open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the museum offers a rare chance to visit a Cornwall attraction with your dog properly included. Indoor access at a museum is unusual enough; indoor access to both the exhibits and the café makes this a genuinely useful stop for dog owners exploring West Cornwall.
