The Rose In Bloom is a coastal pub on Joy Lane in Whitstable, where dogs are welcome inside the bar. It's a practical stop for anyone walking the estuary side or heading to the seafront with a wet dog and a growling stomach.
Food is served in the dog-friendly bar area, with lunch and dinner sessions running most days through the week. Monday has no food; Tuesday runs lunch and an evening sitting; Wednesday through Friday offer lunch until 2:30pm and an evening sitting until 8pm; Saturday is all-day from noon to 8pm; Sunday is lunch only until 3:30pm. The menu runs alongside the usual pub drinks, so you can settle in for a proper meal without leaving anyone on pavement duty.
The bar is open every day from 11:30am, running until late Monday to Saturday and until 9pm on Sundays. There's ample on-site parking, which makes it an easy stop for visitors exploring the Whitstable coast without the usual Joy Lane kerb-side shuffle.
