RSPB Conwy Nature Reserve Shop sits within the reserve's visitor centre near Llandudno Junction, a short drive from Conwy town centre. Dogs on leads are welcome inside the shop, making it a genuinely useful stop when you're out exploring the estuary with your four-legged companion in tow.
The shop stocks nature books, wildlife gifts, bird food, feeders, nest boxes, outdoor clothing and optics — handy for stocking up on field guides or picking up a birding gift without leaving your dog in the car. The shop is open daily 9.30am to 5pm, with a drop-off point right outside the entrance. Note that dogs are not permitted beyond the shop into the café, playspace or onto the reserve itself.
There's a free on-site car park (locked at 5pm) and estuary-side walking directly from the car park, so a browse in the shop pairs nicely with a decent stretch of the legs for everyone — paws included.
