SaltHouse is a coastal tapas restaurant and bar with cocktails, Spanish dishes and a setting that leans into laid-back seafront dining. The food is cooked fresh to order, with seafood from North Shields Fish Quay and a casual tapas style that makes it well suited to sharing plates and longer meals. It has that “holiday evening by the coast” kind of energy, especially if you want something more atmospheric than a standard pub meal. Good for slower lunches, tapas dinners and drinks that accidentally become a full evening.
