The Salty Bean Coffee House is a cosy café on Morecambe's promenade, serving breakfast, brunch and lunch daily. Dogs are welcome inside, so you can settle in together for coffee and a bacon roll without leaving anyone on the pavement. It's the kind of place that understands a coast walk works up an appetite for both ends of the lead.

Open Monday to Friday from 7am (9.30am Mondays, 9am weekends), they serve breakfast until midday and lunch through to 3pm. The menu covers all the café classics and there's plenty of cake on display—though you'll need to keep your pup's nose out of the counter.

Handily positioned for the prom, it's a practical pit-stop before or after a blustery seafront wander. Whether you're warming up or fuelling up, The Salty Bean keeps things straightforward, dog-friendly and reliably open when you need it.
