Sandringham Estate near Kings Lynn is one of Norfolk's best-loved royal parkland destinations and dogs are welcome across the extensive Royal Parkland and Courtyard areas. You can explore open grounds with your dog on footpaths and trails, then settle in at the Terrace Café or dedicated areas of the Restaurant, where they're happy to see dogs alongside you. The Sandringham Shop and Takeaway also welcome four-paws, so you can browse and refuel without leaving anyone in the car.

The estate offers extensive on-site parking with pay-on-departure and advance options, making arrival straightforward even on busy days. Royal Parkland and courtyards are open year-round, while the House and formal Gardens have seasonal hours and are restricted to assistance dogs only.

It's a brilliant all-weather day out when you need space, facilities and proper walk-and-refresh logistics. Keep dogs on short leads in busier Courtyard areas and stick to footpaths in wider parkland where livestock may be grazing.
