That’s our way of flagging the places that go further — beyond “dogs allowed”, with a genuinely warm welcome for dogs inside.

Right on Great Yarmouth’s seafront, this is one of those places that feels like a proper reset button mid-wander. Tucked into the Pleasure Beach Gardens, it’s part tearoom, part garden escape, with sea views quietly doing their thing in the background.
The food leans heavily into homemade — and not in a “we say that loosely” way. Cakes, scones and daily specials are all made on site, which shows up in both the menu and the portions (this is not a light snack situation unless you plan carefully).
You’ve got options on where to settle too: inside the tearoom, out in the flower-filled garden area, or on the beach terrace where the sea is basically part of your table setting.
And then there’s the dog energy — fully baked in. This is very much a “bring the dog, stay a while” kind of place, with treats on the menu, water available, and a general sense that dogs are not just allowed… they’re expected.
It’s easy, it’s generous, and it fits perfectly into a seafront wander where nobody’s being rushed and the dog is absolutely part of the plan. 🐾
