Slightly Foxed Berwick

An independent secondhand bookshop on Bridge Street that started life on Berwick’s Charter Market and has grown into a proper local favourite. Expect shelves of quality used books across fiction and non-fiction plus prints and interesting extras. It is an excellent rainy-day browse and a dangerous place if you love the “I will just grab one” lie.

The shop sits among other independents which makes it a good part of a gentle town-centre wander. If you are looking for something very Berwick without it being a cliché souvenir this is a great option. Stock changes constantly so each visit feels different and you can easily leave with a book that becomes your trip memory.
