Tacos and Flip Flops is a colourful, community-driven taco café in Peterborough serving up Mexican, Central and South American-inspired street food with a plant-based twist. Born from travels across Latin America, everything here feels like a little slice of sunshine — bold flavours, relaxed vibes, and food designed to bring people together.
What started as festival pop-ups has grown into a cosy café space where tacos, burritos and loaded plates come with stories behind them. It’s casual, welcoming, and full of personality — the kind of place you pop into for “just a quick bite” and end up lingering a bit longer.
Dogs are part of the picture too, with a genuine love for animals behind the scenes — so expect a warm, easygoing atmosphere where four-legged visitors are just as welcome as their humans.
