Right on the harbour in Bridlington, The Apollo is one of those places that shifts with the day — easy food and sea views earlier on, then more of a lively, late-night bar as things pick up. Dogs are welcome inside, so nobody needs to do the pavement-waiting shuffle while the rest of the group settles in with harbour views.
You've got a broad food menu, a proper drinks selection, and plenty of space, so it works whether you're refuelling after a walk or settling in for the evening. The seafront location makes it a natural stop after a blustery wander along the harbour, and the indoor welcome means wet paws and damp coats aren't a problem.
It's a good all-rounder when you want somewhere that can handle a casual stop just as well as a longer sit-down, with a steady flow of people coming in off the seafront and dogs welcome throughout.
