The Barn at Rothiemurchus is a dog-friendly café in Aviemore where dogs are welcome inside in a designated area, warmed by a woodburning stove. It's part of the wider Rothiemurchus Estate visitor hub and sits opposite the Farm Shop, making it a handy stop for breakfast, lunch or cake during a day exploring the estate.

The café opens daily from 9:30am to 4:30pm, serving food and drinks throughout. There's no need to leave your dog outside; the indoor dog-friendly area gives you somewhere warm to settle after a walk or before heading out onto the estate trails.

Treats are also available in the neighbouring Farm Shop if your dog's worked up an appetite. Whether you're combining your visit with Rothiemurchus woodland walks or simply want a café that doesn't require garden-only seating, The Barn offers a proper indoor stop where the whole group can sit down together.
