The Birds and Bees is a dog-friendly bar and bistro on the north-west edge of Stirling, a handy stop after visiting the Wallace Monument or exploring the castle approaches.
Dogs are welcome inside the dining room, where you'll find an easy bar-and-bistro atmosphere and fires to settle beside when the weather turns. Food is served throughout the day, with lunch running Monday to Friday from midday until half past two, extended to five at weekends and dinner served every evening from five until nine. The menu suits a proper sit-down meal with your dog beside you and there's plenty of reason to linger once you've both warmed up.
Opening hours run from eleven in the morning until midnight seven days a week, so you can time your visit around a walk, a castle trip or simply the need for lunch with the dog still firmly under the table where they belong.
