The Buck Inn is a traditional pub with rooms in Malham, around six miles from Grassington, where dogs are welcome inside the bar. Food is served daily from midday to 6pm and your dog can settle in while you eat.

Doggy treats are available and the pub keeps a relaxed, walkers-and-dogs-welcome feel throughout. The bar is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 11pm and Sundays from midday to 10:30pm, making it a useful stop before, after or between Dales wanderings.

The kitchen runs a steady midday-to-evening service, so there's no need to rush back for a late lunch. Malham sits at the heart of some of Yorkshire's best-loved limestone country and The Buck Inn offers a straightforward, dog-friendly base when you need food, a pint and a warm corner for muddy paws.
