The Cornish Bakery

The Cornish Bakery in Ambleside is an easy grab-and-go stop for pastries, pasties and coffee, perfect for Lake District days where you're hungry again five minutes after eating. Dogs are welcome inside, so nobody needs to do the pavement-waiting shuffle while someone picks up lunch.

Great for a quick pick-up before you head back to Windermere, the fells, or the next shop, especially when you're doing that classic Ambleside thing of "one more stop". The bakery focuses on fresh food and community, which includes dogs as part of that community.
