The Greengage is a large Greene King pub on Tollgate Lane in Bury St Edmunds, useful for visitors entering from the west side of town. Dogs are welcome inside the bar areas and food is served there too, so the whole group can settle in for a proper meal and a drink without splitting up.

Inside you'll find a practical, relaxed pub stop with sports screens and a full food menu served daily until 9 pm. The pub is open from 11 am Monday to Wednesday and Sunday and stays open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

Whether it's lunch after a morning walk or an easy evening meal with your dog under the table, The Greengage covers the essentials: dogs inside, food on and everyone together. No need to hover outside while someone fetches the drinks.
