The Gunton Arms is a destination gastropub set in a deer park near Norwich, where dogs are welcome inside the bar alongside a serious food offer. The traditional bar keeps things relaxed and dog-friendly, with tables where the whole pack can settle in while you work through the menu. Food is cooked with confidence and the atmosphere leans towards destination dining rather than quiet village local.

Open Monday to Saturday noon until 11pm and Sunday noon to 10.30pm, it's a useful base for North Norfolk day trips when you need proper food and a fireside pause. The deer park setting adds genuine appeal and the dog-welcome policy means no splitting up or waiting outside.
