The Hayloft at Hunters

The Hayloft at Hunters is a coffee shop on Deeping Road, tucked just outside Stamford town centre. Dogs are welcome inside, so you can settle in together for coffee, cake and a proper lunch without leaving anyone in the car. Inside there's seating in the café and a showroom to browse if you're drawn that way.

The space is calm, the welcome is genuine and the menu covers pastries, sandwiches and hot food alongside a good coffee list. Open Monday to Saturday, closed Sundays.

It's the sort of place that works for a mid-morning break or a lunchtime stop when you're out and about. Leads may tangle round chair legs and there's always the risk of crumbs hitting the floor, but that's part of the deal when dogs are welcome at the table.
