The Herbarium in Lancaster feels like stepping into a little botanical hideaway where cocktails get dressed up with herbs, citrus, and a hint of "we know what we're doing." It's stylish without being stiff, so you can sip something fancy while still laughing at the dog hair on your trousers. Dogs are welcome inside, which is handy if your pup is your designated wing-dog and refuses to miss a night out.
