The Larder Whitstable is a dog-friendly café and general store on Harbour Street, right in the heart of Whitstable's bustling harbour quarter. Dogs are welcome inside the café, so you can settle in together for breakfast, lunch or a coffee-and-browse stop without splitting up the group.

The menu covers morning eggs and pastries through to midday plates, with provisions and deli goods to take away if you're stocking up for the beach. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings the café transforms into Larder After Dark, serving dinner until late—and dogs are still welcome at the table.

It's a practical pause between the harbour and the high street, useful when you need a proper sit-down and somewhere to stash the shopping bags. Opening hours are Monday to Wednesday 8.30 am to 4 pm, Thursday to Saturday 8.30 am to 10.30 pm and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.
