The Lumley is a lively pub in the heart of Skegness, trading since 1902 and now one of the town's main sport and entertainment venues. Dogs are welcome inside, so nobody needs to split up or shuffle plans around pavement waiting — paws and people stay together for the whole evening.
Open Sunday to Thursday from 10am until 11pm and Friday to Saturday from 10am until 1am, with a Sunday carvery running from 12pm to 4pm. This is much more about atmosphere than quiet corner-pint territory — it suits groups, live music nights and anyone happy with a bit more volume and movement in the background.
The Lumley works well for livelier pub visits where dogs can come along and observe the human noise like seasoned nightlife critics. Full-on seaside-town pub energy, with the dog included.
