Indoor Welcome Last Verified:

The Magna Carta in Lincoln is an easygoing pub where dogs are still very much welcome downstairs. It's a handy choice for lunch, drinks or a relaxed stop after exploring the city, without anyone having to take a turn sitting outside with the dog.

Free treats and water are available, along with a dedicated doggy menu for four-legged visitors feeling particularly peckish. Cushions are also available on request, so dogs can settle down comfortably while their humans eat and unwind.

It's the sort of straightforward, genuinely dog-friendly welcome that makes a day out easier: arrive together, find a comfortable spot and let the dog decide whether they're there for the menu, the cushion or the attention.

Dog Policy:

Dogs are welcome in the bar area downstairs, so nobody needs to do the pavement-waiting shuffle. Water bowls and treats are on hand, plus there's a doggy menu for paws that fancy something more ambitious than attention.
