The Malt and Mardle is a compact micropub on Magdalen Street in Norwich, where dogs are welcome inside alongside their humans. It's a friendly, cosy spot with a strong local feel and a real-ale focus, ideal for a quick pint or a proper catch-up without leaving your dog outside. Inside, the space is small and cheerful, with room for a few tables and a bar lined with carefully chosen ales and ciders.

Food is served, so you and your dog can settle in for a relaxed visit while they supervise proceedings from under the table. Water and a warm welcome are the order of the day.

The pub sits just off the city centre, making it a useful stop during a wander around central Norwich or a break from exploring the NR3 streets. No on-site parking, but it's an easy walk from nearby city car parks and the surrounding neighbourhood.
