The Mess Room Bar

The Mess Room Bar is an independent bar and events space in Skipton's canal quarter, a short walk from the High Street. Dogs are welcome inside the bar, making it easy to keep everyone together while you enjoy a drink and settle in for the evening.

Open seven days a week, with late hours on Fridays and Saturdays, it's a relaxed spot for craft beers, cocktails and live music nights. The atmosphere is laid-back and the bar team are happy to see well-behaved dogs alongside their humans.

Just bear in mind that access may be restricted during some busy periods or when live events are on, so if you're planning a visit around a gig night it's worth checking ahead. Otherwise, it's a proper dog-friendly local where nobody has to volunteer for pavement duty.
