The Old School Tea Room is a cheerful village tearoom in Hebden, a short drive south-east of Grassington, serving breakfasts, lunches, afternoon cakes and hot drinks in a converted schoolhouse. Dogs are welcome inside the main café area, so the whole group can settle in together while you browse the menu or pick a slice from the counter.

The kitchen serves hot food until 3pm, with last orders giving plenty of time for a relaxed lunch and a wander around the crafts and gift section that shares the space. It's open daily from 10am to 5pm, making it an easy stop whether you're planning ahead or need a mid-walk refuel.

Expect home-style food, a friendly welcome and the kind of village tearoom atmosphere where a dog under the table and a pot of tea feel exactly right. Grassington's shops and riverside paths are a few minutes away if you want to stretch legs before heading home.
