The Plough Inn in Powburn is a countryside pub stop with warm village-hub energy. It’s a lovely one for post-walk comfort or a break during a Northumberland drive, when you want a proper pause and a place that feels welcoming.

Dogs welcome inside, and muddy paws are generally treated as a normal side effect of a good day out. It’s cosy, friendly, and ideal for slowing things down.
