That’s our way of flagging the places that go further — beyond “dogs allowed”, with a genuinely warm welcome for dogs inside.

The Queen’s Head is one of Ramsgate’s more energetic harbour pubs, leaning into live music, sport and a crowd-pleasing social atmosphere rather than quiet refinement. Known as a major live music spot on the harbour, with DJs, screens for sport and a pop-up kitchen, it’s very much an all-evening kind of place.
It’s a strong pick for visitors who want real buzz and that proper waterfront night-out feel — a pub first, just with more volume, more movement and more going on than your average pint stop.
Dogs are welcome to join the action too. Expect water bowls, free treats and a team who are always up for a cuddle (with owner approval, of course).

Dog Policy:
Dogs are welcome inside at The Queen’s Head, but this is best for dogs who are comfortable around a busier harbour-pub atmosphere. Please keep them on a lead, settled by your table and away from the music-and-pints swirl.
