The Rocking Horse is a compact cocktail bar in the centre of Chichester, tucked near the shopping streets and evening activity. Dogs are welcome inside the bar and lounge areas, so the whole group can settle in for a drink without the pavement shuffle. The menu is mostly cocktails and drinks, with a monthly Greek Night from 6pm for anyone planning around food.

Opening hours are Tuesday to Thursday 5pm to 10pm, Friday 5pm to midnight and Saturday 4pm to midnight. The bar is closed Sunday and Monday. That straightforward access is the detail that turns a quick drink or meal into a genuine break for the whole group.

It's a useful stop before or after an evening walk around central Chichester, especially when you need somewhere dog-friendly that doesn't require a full meal. Just drinks, good company and a dog who's earned a rest under the table.
