Days Out Are For Dogs Too

Indoor Welcome Last Verified:

The Royal is a sea-view pub on Marine Parade in Whitstable, close to Tankerton Slopes and the seafront promenade. Dogs are welcome inside the bar area, making it a useful spot after coastal walks when nobody wants to split up or stand outside.
Food is served throughout the day and you can eat in the dog-friendly bar with your four-footer settled under the table. The kitchen runs until 9pm Monday to Saturday and 8pm on Sundays, so there's plenty of time to refuel after a windy wander along the beach.
The pub is open from midday until 11pm Monday to Saturday and until 10:30pm on Sundays. Dogs aren't allowed in the separate restaurant area, but the bar serves the full menu and keeps everyone together. That straightforward access is the detail that turns a quick drink or meal into a genuine break for the whole group.
