The atmosphere is relaxed and the layout suits dogs happy to keep close while you eat.

St Andrews is compact and very walkable and The Rule sits right in the heart of it. There's no on-site parking, but its central location means it's easy to reach on foot between other dog-friendly stops along South Street.
