The Ship Inn is a picturesque harbour pub and restaurant with quay views, hearty pub classics, Dorset-brewed Badger beers, and a properly friendly welcome. It is dog friendly too, which makes it especially handy for Weymouth wanderers who do not fancy abandoning one furry companion outside while everyone else tucks into lunch. The feel is warm, traditional, and easy to settle into, whether the plan is coffee and cake, a family meal, or a catch-up over a pint while watching the boats. A very reliable “this will do nicely” kind of harbour stop.
