The Tram Depot in Cambridge is a characterful pub in the historic heart of the city, close to Parker's Piece, Anglia Ruskin University and the main tourist attractions. Dogs are welcome inside the bar, so nobody needs to do the pavement shuffle while the rest of the group enjoys a pint.

The pub serves a great range of cask and craft beers, ciders and a sociable menu of small plates and pub classics. There's a sunny terrace for warmer days, and the building itself is an iconic piece of Cambridge history—formerly the stables and offices for the city's horse-drawn tramways that ran from 1880 to 1914.

Inside, the atmosphere is warm and friendly, with subtle nods to the tram depot past woven into the décor. It's a practical stop for a drink and a bite after exploring the city centre with a dog in tow, and the terrace offers a relaxed spot when the weather cooperates.
