The Watercress Line

The Watercress Line is a heritage steam railway running between Alresford, Ropley and Alton, around seven miles from Winchester. Special event trains such as Steam Illuminations and dining services including the Watercress Belle and Real Ale Train exclude dogs, so check the timetable before booking.
