The Welcome Inn is a dog-friendly pub on Burgh Old Road in Skegness, about a mile from the beach and on the main route into town. Reopened in July 2026 under new management following a full refurbishment, it welcomes locals, holidaymakers and dog walkers through the door.
Dogs are welcome inside, so there is no need to leave anyone in the car while the rest of the group settles in. Food is served daily from 12pm to 8pm, with a menu of pub classics freshly cooked in-house. The pub opens Monday to Thursday from 11am to 11pm, Friday and Saturday from 11am to midnight, and Sunday from noon to 10:30pm. A large on-site car park makes arrival straightforward when you have leads, bags and sandy paws to manage.
Live sport across six TVs, a pool table, darts and a regular entertainment schedule give The Welcome Inn plenty of reasons to linger, and its position close to Skegness beach makes it a practical and welcoming stop on a coast-side day out with a dog.
