The White Horse is a traditional village pub on the Salisbury side, tucked into Quidhampton with a customer car park and the kind of easy local feel that suits dog-walking visits out of the city. The pub opens at noon Monday to Saturday, closing at midnight most nights and 11pm on Sunday. There's a straightforward indoor welcome for a wet-pawed arrival and the welcome is genuinely dog-friendly rather than grudging tolerance.
