The Yewdale is a handy Coniston base for dog-friendly food, drinks, and an easy indoor stop after a day of Lakeland wandering. Right in the centre of the village, it has that practical, walkers-welcome feel that works brilliantly when everyone is a bit windswept and ready to refuel.

Dog Policy:
Dogs are welcome inside The Yewdale, including the bar area, and the inn also allows dogs in selected bedrooms. Dogs are welcome to rest their paws inside, with water bowls available, and room stays are currently listed as one dog per room per night for a small additional fee.
