Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens is a major dog-friendly sculpture garden just outside Penzance, within easy day-trip range of St Ives. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on a short lead throughout the gardens and in the outside seating area of Tremenheere Kitchen, so you can explore the contemporary art installations and woodland planting together without splitting up. The site also includes a gallery, nursery and restaurant.

The gardens open daily from 10:30 to 17:00 and there's a main car park on site with reserved spaces and drop-off points, which takes the faff out of arrival with bags, boots and a keen dog. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor gardens and at the outside seating, but indoor access to the gallery, kitchen, nursery and shop isn't confirmed for ordinary pets.

This is a proper paid day out for sculpture fans who won't leave the dog behind. The outdoor route gives you room to wander at sniff pace and the outside seating means you can stop for refreshment without heading back to the car.
