Indoor Welcome Last Verified:

8 Aug 2026

Trevince Estate Gardens is a managed estate garden destination just outside Truro, opening Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays from late March to late September 2026. Dogs on leads are welcome across the outdoor gardens and grounds, which include a walled garden, pond garden, shrubbery and a wilderness walk, plus a café and ticketed entry bought on site. It's a proper day-out option for visitors staying in the Truro area, with enough variety to make the seasonal opening worthwhile.

The mix of managed gardens and wilder walking areas gives everyone a bit of sniff-level interest without needing to split up the group. The lead rule keeps things sensible and the multi-garden layout means variety for the dog and a proper destination for you. Wet noses and outdoor enthusiasm are both welcome here.

The official site warmly welcomes dogs, so there's no guesswork about whether the dog can come along. It's a solid seasonal day out for dog owners who want a managed garden experience with everyone together.
