Wensleydale Ice Cream Parlour and Coffee Shop in Hawes is a sit-in café and parlour serving ice cream, waffles, coffee and light lunches. Dogs are welcome inside the café and out in the outdoor seating area, so you can stop in together for a proper break without splitting the group. The menu covers everything from homemade ice cream and fresh waffles to sandwiches, jacket potatoes and hot drinks.

It's open daily from 11:30am to 4:30pm, with food and refreshments served throughout. Indoor seating means you're covered whatever the weather and the dog can settle under the table while the ice cream decisions take longer than expected.

The parlour sits on the A684 between Hawes and Aysgarth, making it a handy stop on the Wensleydale route. It's the sort of place that works for a mid-walk refuel or a dedicated ice cream mission with a dog who's learned to look patient near waffles.
