That’s our way of flagging the places that go further — beyond “dogs allowed”, with a genuinely warm welcome for dogs inside.

Tucked out in the Staffordshire Moorlands just outside Buxton, Wild Wuffas is one of those places that feels like it’s been designed entirely with dogs in mind — big skies, open countryside, and a fully secure space where they can properly switch off and just be dogs.
The field itself is spacious, flat and thoughtfully set up, with 6ft secure fencing, a double-gated entry and private parking so you can arrive, unload and relax without any stress. Once inside, it’s yours — each session gives you sole use of the field, making it ideal for nervous, reactive or high-energy dogs who need space without surprises.
There’s plenty to keep dogs busy too, from agility equipment and a dual run to open space for zoomies, plus water points, toys and a sheltered seating area for humans when the weather does its thing. The views stretch out across the surrounding countryside, so even standing still feels like part of the outing.
This is the kind of place you book “just for a run” and end up using regularly — a proper reset spot where dogs get to move freely and owners get a bit of quiet in return.

Dog Policy:
Dogs have exclusive use of the field during booked sessions at Wild Wuffas. The secure, enclosed space allows dogs to be off lead within the field, with owners responsible for supervision at all times.
