Woofy's Dog Field is a private hire dog walking field 6.3 miles from Wells town centre, handy for dog owners heading west toward Street and Glastonbury. The whole field is yours to book for exclusive off-lead exercise, quieter training sessions or just a chance to let your dog run without worrying about other users. The field is secured with 5ft fencing and monitored by CCTV.
Booking is straightforward online, with payment taken in advance and a gate code sent by email once your slot is confirmed. You drive into the parking area after the previous user leaves, so arrivals stay tidy and stress-free.
Poo bag dispensers are provided in the field. There's no water on site, so bring your own for longer sessions or warmer days. The practical advantage is simple: dog owners have a clear service stop that can be worked into the day without guesswork.
