Xylo Brew Co is a seafront microbrewery and tap room, so it lands squarely in the lane of fresh beer, independent spirit and a slightly more specialist drinking crowd. The setup combines on-site brewing with a sunset-facing bar feel, which makes it a strong pick for craft beer fans who want somewhere characterful and distinctly Margate. Good for a drink that feels a bit more brewery-led than standard pub-led.
