The Apple Pie Cafe and Bakery

The Apple Pie has been run by the Fielding family for almost 50 years. Now on to their third generation of bakers, the Apple Pie offers an array of freshly baked bread, cakes and pies as well as serving delicious homemade food in their busy café.

Not one to rest on their laurels, Simon and Richard Fielding, along with the rest of the team, have continued to experiment with new recipes and processes to now offer a range of sourdough loaves, gluten free bread and doughnuts, alongside the Apple Pie classics such as their famous Bath Buns and of course both their spiced and simple apple pie.

At its roots, The Apple Pie is a locally orientated, family run business. We want to keep this ethos at the heart of everything we do and that includes sourcing quality ingredients from local suppliers wherever possible. As an independent business ourselves, we know how important it is to support the businesses around you.

We can't wait to see you whether you are visiting for the first time or among our many returning visitors and if you are a dog owner, we can't wait to see them too!
