Pars Kahve is a family business, set up by husband and wife team, Adem and Holly. After meeting and getting married in Istanbul, the pair made the move to the UK. Finding the perfect space to realise their vision, they opened the doors to Pars Kahve in August 2021.

The concept for Pars Kahve came from wanting to transport people to Turkey through authentic food and hospitality while mixing this with a modern aesthetic. Situated on the historic Chester Rows the space was created as a home away from home, where people can relax and enjoy good food and company.

Whatever your mood, Pars Kahve can cater to it – open every day for Kahvalti (breakfast), home-style lunches and desserts as well as Friday and Saturday evenings for late night Mezze. You will also find a great selection of Turkish drinks – from coffee through to wine and beer.

You can enjoy your time at Pars Kahve indoors or on the alfresco row-covered terrace. The space is also very family and dog friendly – so everyone is invited!
