Our availability promise


We will only include places that genuinely match your request—we won’t make up the numbers with unsuitable venues. In very small or remote areas, or where your requirements are particularly specific, 10 suitable places may not exist.


If we cannot find 10, we will contact you to offer a wider search area, adjust the mix of places or provide a full refund.

Venue policies, opening hours and other details can change after your map is created. We check the information available at the time, but recommend confirming directly with a venue before making a special journey.
