Bain Valley Park Bain Valley is a park which was opened to the public in 2010 and which has been created on top of an old rubbish tip.

Banovallum Carr Named after a Roman town, Banovallum Carr consists mainly of birch and alder. Willow and buckthorn provide foliage near the river and annual mowing is encouraging development of a grassland habitat.
