Elizabethan manor house with fine interiors and delightful garden.
As part of the Dogs Welcome trial, well-behaved dogs on short leads will be allowed in the garden. Discover where you can and can't go with your dog at Trerice.
Dogs will be allowed to explore all areas of the property, except for the house, shop, potager and mowhay field. This is because the potager is a food produce area, and the mowhay field is a wildlife and children's play area.
Dogs are welcome in the rest of the garden, visitor welcome, hayloft and secondhand bookshop. They can only accompany visitors in the café whilst ordering food and drink, but there is plenty of outdoor seating.
Trerice is a fairly small property and as such only well-behaved dogs on a short lead (not a flexi or retractable style) will be allowed to enter the garden. If you don't have the right kind of lead, our friendly Welcome Team will offer you a lead-swap for your visit. Please bring bags to dispose of any waste and adhere to Trerice's canine code.
Please also note that there are no long dog walking routes at Trerice.
We have provided dog bowls and additional bins to manage waste. Our shop will carry a range of accessories should you forget anything on your visit.
