With time, and as my interest and love for all natural and handmade products grew, I decided to learn how to make these products myself. So, after a lot of studying, researching and trials, I decided to start making my own products. I started by making natural handmade soaps, and followed them with Solid Shampoo bars and conditioners. All of the ingredients used are of the best quality, natural and cruelty free. All of my products are CPSR assessed and I am a member of The Guild of Craft Soap and Toiletry Makers. Watersmeet is a two pawprint rated place. These places have water bowls, dog bins and dog-friendly walks. You’ll be able to take your dog into some areas, but not everywhere. If there’s a food and beverage outlet, you can have a cup of tea with them, probably outside. Where Can My Dog Go? We welcome dos on leads throughout the valley and the indoor seating area, but ask they they do not enter the servery, where food and drink orders are made. Eastbourne: Dog Friendly Venues Pevensey Castle https://www.english-heritage.org.uk/visit/places/pevensey-castle Last Updated: 17 Dec 2025 Begun in about AD 290, Pevensey was the biggest of the Roman ‘Saxon Shore’ fortresses. Its hugely impressive walls, more than 500 metres (1,640 feet) long, still stand almost to their full height. Here, in 1066, William the Conqueror landed to begin his invasion of England, building a fortress within the Roman defences. After centuries of abandonment, the ancient stronghold was pressed back into service in 1940, with machine gun posts cleverly camouflaged into its walls. In our displays, you’ll discover stories of massacre, sieges and royal prisoners, find out how Second World War soldiers interacted with local people, and see a recreated 1940 commander’s office.
