The Baker's Arms is a Vintage Inns country pub on the A35 just outside Poole and dogs are welcome inside the bar area. It's a proper stop for walkers heading in or out of the countryside around Lytchett Minster, with food served throughout the day and your dog settled under the table while you eat.

The pub opens from 11:30am Monday to Thursday, from 9am Friday and Saturday and 9am Sunday, so early breakfast runs and post-walk lunches are both covered. The bar is relaxed and dog-friendly and the kitchen keeps sensible hours into the evening.

Water and treats are available and there's mention of a canine menu for dogs who like to order their own. It's the kind of place where no one minds a bit of mud after a long loop and the whole group can stay together.

Good to know:

Water bowls available

Free treats available

Dog Policy:
