Bank Tavern is a traditional pub in the heart of Bristol's Old City, just a few minutes' walk from the harbour. Dogs are welcome inside the pub and in the outside seating area, making it a brilliant stop after a wander round the waterfront or a nose around the historic streets. It's compact, central and known for its award-winning Sunday roasts.

The pub has its own resident dog, Charlie, who's known for greeting visitors at the door. Your dog will be in good company, though seating can be on the cosier side when it's busy.

City-centre street parking is limited, so it's easiest to reach on foot or by public transport. Bank Tavern is a relaxed, dog-friendly local with plenty of visitor appeal and a warm welcome for well-behaved dogs.
